How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? An injury at work left Wanda unemployable, and after much prayer, she and her husband, Jeff Swan, decided to create a job for her by building a hot dog cart from scratch using plywood and luan. The cart was placed on the corner of Virginia Avenue and Massey Boulevard. They operated it there for a season, then went into concessions at Martin L. “Marty” Snook Memorial Park, City Park and Potterfield Pool. God opened the door for the restaurant, and the rest is history.
