1. Another season of 'Think Theater'

On Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m., Contemporary American Theater Festival Producing Director Ed Herendeen, pictured, and special guests, Joey Collins and Joey Parsons will announce the five plays to be presented July 5 to 28. Under Herendeen's direction, Collins and Parsons will present short scenes from each of the five plays to be produced at Shepherdstown Opera House, 131 W. German St., Shepherdstown, W.Va. Tickets to the theater festival go on sale Wednesday, Feb. 27. Free. Go to www.catf.org.


2. Three nights of Hobo Minstrels

Rescue Hose Co. will hold its 78th annual Hobo Minstrels show at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2. Greencastle-Antrim High School auditorium, South Ridge Avenue, Greencastle, Pa. . This year's program is "An Al Jolson Minstrel." Russ Clever and Ben Thomas will serve as premier end men and C. Gregory Hoover will be interlocutor. $5; $3, ages 10 and younger. Saturday's show will be preceded by a spaghetti dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. $7; $4, ages 6 to 12; free for children younger than 6. Dinner sponsored by Greencastle Rotary Club. Proceeds will benefit The Lillian S. Besore Library.



3. Climb aboard the train

Displays include HO-scale model railroad, trains for kids to operate, historic railroad equipment, artifacts and photos.  Hours are 1 to 5 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, at  Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum, 300 S. Burhans Blvd., Hagerstown. $4; 50 cents for ages 4 to 12; free for ages 3 and younger. Call 301-739-4665



4. Art by Robbie on display

Photography by Robbie will be on display beginning Friday, May 1, at Bistro 71, 71 N. Main St., Chambersburg, Pa. Photographs and mixed media works in a variety of styles, techniques and subjects wi Exhibit continues through March. The establishment opens at 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Call 717-261-0007.



5. Sprouting and spring
