Hancock's Winter Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Widmeyer Park, West Main Street, Hancock. Activities for all ages include snow-sculpting contest, hat contest, ice carving, cake walks, live music by Mike Kligerman, live auction, prizes, hot foods, beverages, marshmallow roasting, horse-drawn sleigh (weather permitting). Stoplight Party will be at 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, 750 Hollywood Drive, Charles Town, W.Va.
