Spaghetti supper

There will be a spaghetti supper at Clear Spring High School Saturday, Feb. 16, from 4  to 7 p.m. 

The menu includes spaghetti, green beans, applesauce, cake, and hot and cold drinks. The supper costs $6.50 for adults and $4 for students.

The proceeds will benefit spring sports programs.

Fried chicken dinner

The Clear Spring High FBLA, or Future Business Leaders of America, will sponsor a fried chicken dinner with two sides and a drink (catered by Ernst Market) Saturday, March 9. 

The meal costs $7. Ticket holders can get their dinners in the cafeteria between 5 and 6 p.m. A limited number of extra dinners will be available at 6 p.m. 

Tickets can be purchased from any FBLA member or in the main office of Clear Spring High School. All profits will help fund student travel to state and national competitions in April and June.

Overnighter planned

The Clear Spring Library will hold a teen overnighter Saturday, Feb. 16, starting at 8 p.m. and concluding Sunday, Feb, 17, at 7 a.m. The event includes gaming (plugged and unplugged), movies, music, pizza and snacks. The event is for those in grades nine through 12. Registration is required and space is limited. Registration/parental permission forms are due by Feb. 8.
