Cathy Darlene Fleagle, 45, of Rouzerville, Pa., and formerly of Williamsport, Md., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at her home.

Born Aug. 28, 1967, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Jack Edward Mitchell and Mildred Marlene Meyers Mitchell Litten.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roland Eugene "Rob" Robinson, on July 7, 1995.

She was a 1985 graduate of Williamsport High School and also a graduate of Hagerstown Junior College with an associate of arts degree.

She was employed by the Washington Township Police Department for 17 years. She was also the owner/operator of Bare Bones BBQ in Rouzerville.

She was a member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Williamsport, where she sang in the choir.

She was previously a member of the Blue Ridge Summit Volunteer Fire Co., where she received her EMT certification.

She was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Mitchell R. Robinson of Rouzerville; stepson, Shane Robinson and his wife, Patti, of Greencastle, Pa.; sister, Carol J. Haupt and her husband, Gary, of Hagerstown, sister, Tina M. Hartman and her husband, Don, of Hedgesville, W.Va., sister, Jeanne L. Litten of Hagerstown; brother, Jack E. Mitchell Jr. and his wife, Cindy, of Atlanta, Ga., brother, Curtis W. Mitchell and his wife, Pam, of Boonsboro, Md., brother, Gregory W. Litten of Felton, Del., brother, Donald G. Litten and his wife, Carol, of Hagerstown, and brother, Ronald A. Litten and his wife, Roberta, of Concord, Va.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melody Robinson.

The family will receive friends Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport. The funeral home will be open Sunday after 1 p.m. for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, with the Rev. Dr. James E. Swecker officiating. Interment will be in Smithsburg Cemetery, Smithsburg, Md.
