McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police said they have charged two men with drug trafficking following an undercover investigation earlier this month in Fulton County, Pa.

Randy Edward Mills, 50, of 102 Lincoln Way West Apt. F in McConnellsburg, and Corey Allen Hann, 35, of 494 Licking Creek Road in Big Cove Tannery, Pa., were charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, according to a state police news release.

Troopers said they conducted undercover investigations from Jan. 8 to Jan. 18 and discovered that Hann was growing the marijuana in Fulton County, Pa., and supplying it to Mills, according to the release.

Police said both men were arrested and charged on Friday after a drug buy at Mills’ apartment.

A search of Mills’ apartment turned up packaged marijuana, drug paraphernalia, prescription medications and cash, according to the release.

Troopers said they found about 10 pounds of dried marijuana, paraphernalia and a dozen firearms at Hann’s residence. Hann’s 1991 Honda Accord also was seized.

Both men were taken to the Franklin County Jail. A jail officer said the men were still being held Monday night — Mills on $225,000 bond and Hann on $75,000 bond.
