Doleman Black Heritage Museum organizes bus ride to Inauguration

Doleman Black Heritage Museum is organizing a bus ride for local residents to Washington, D.C. for the Inauguration Monday morning. The bus will leave the Park and Ride on Col. Henry K. Douglas Drive just off of Interstate 70 at Exit 29 to Sharpsburg Pike, according to Tamara Doleman, board chair of the museum.

The bus will leave around 6 a.m. and drop passengers off at RFK Stadium, at which point they will have to take the metro to get to the event. The return time for the bus has still not been determined, according to Doleman.

The bus holds 55 seats and tickets to ride it are $45. The amount of tickets sold was undetermined as of Friday afternoon.
