1. Student art show
New works from the advanced studio art class and paintings by Ski Holm are on display through mid-February at Mercersburg Academy, 300 E. Seminary St., Mercersburg, Pa. Reception, 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8. Call 717-328-2151.

2. Oyster feed

3. Fresh war exhibit
Curators will rotate new items into Valley of the Shadow, an exhibit of works of Civil War-era art, artifacts and archival materials detailing the local story of the war. 4. New clay gallery
