1. 'I have a dream'

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Contemporary School for the Arts and Gallery, 4 W. Franklin St., downtown Hagerstown. Guest speakers will be Arthur Page, Jay Kelsh, London Holly and others. Doleman Black Heritage Museum exhibit on display. Matthew Murray will play piano. The public is welcome to attend and speak. 2. Bingo and bags
