Country butchering, pancake breakfast planned for Saturday

Wilson Ruritan will hold a country butchering and pancake breakfast Saturday beginning at 6:30 a.m. 

The breakfast will be held at the Wilson Ruritan Club,  west of Huyetts Crossroads on U.S. 40. 

The breakfast consists of all-you-can-eat pancakes with one serving of puddin’ or pon haus or sausage patty or sausage gravy, coffee and orange juice. 

The breakfast costs $4.50.

Cub Scouts plan spaghetti dinner

Wacohu Grange 415 Cub Scout Pack 102 invites the community to an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner.

There will be entertainment by the Scouts and a Chinese auction.
The dinner will be Friday, Jan. 18, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the grange hall on National Pike. 

Tickets cost $7 for adults, $5 for those ages 6 to 12 and are free for those 5 and younger.
