On Dec. 3, the Hagerstown Ladies Auxiliary of Pangborn 1365 Knights of Columbus made a $3,000 donation to St. Mary Catholic School as tuition assistance, defraying costs for those in need.

Since 2001, the auxiliary has donated a total of $28,600 to that cause.

The auxiliary helps the school in the mental, spiritual and moral development of its youth.

The auxiliary has also been assisting the other Catholic church’s educational programs, within the council’s sphere of influence.
