November 07, 2012

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating two area fugitives wanted by West Virginia State Police on outstanding warrants for heroin delivery charges, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service.

The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is looking for 35-year-old Dallas Cook, aka “Duck” or “Ducky,” and 28-year-old Meagan Francis Teets, aka Meagan Slonaker. Both have family in the Berkeley County, W.Va., area the marshals service said.

It is believed that Cook and Teets frequent the Baltimore area, where they buy heroin and bring it back to West Virginia for use or sale, the marshals service said.

Cook is described as 5 foot, 9 inches tall and 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Teets is described as 5 feet, 5 inches and 145 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
