City of Hagerstown:

Residents who need to report a nonemergency incident may call 301-791-2544. This is a general phone number staffed by city employees and available to citizens to use in the event of tree damage, flooding problems, traffic signal outages, or other issues that are non-life-threatening. To report a power outage, call 301-790-2600. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
