Helen Rebecca "Muzzie" Baker Miller, 97, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012.

Born May 3, 1915, in Downsville, Md., she was the daughter of the late Frank Tilghman and Mazie Pearl Cunningham Dick.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Russell Baker, in 1981; and her second husband, Deloyn Roy Miller, in 2005.

She and her husband, Walter R. Baker, were the founders and owners of Baker Insurance Agency Inc. in Hagerstown, Md., where she worked until her retirement.

She was a member of Virginia Avenue Church of God in Hagerstown, and was a member of the Senior Citizens Group at the church.

She is survived by daughter, Janice A. Lowry Hamilton and her husband, George, of Hagerstown; daughter-in-law, Barbara A. Baker of Williamsport, Md.; sister, M. Naomi Long of Hagerstown; grandchildren, Denton Lowry and his wife, Annette, Bobbi Smith and her husband, Andrew, Timothy Baker, Michael Baker and his wife, Kim, Lori Gardenhour and her husband, Todd, Linda Burchett, Sharon Bourdeau, David Baker and Gina Allen; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, David H. Baker and Lauren E. Baker; one sister, Kathryn Bading; and four brothers, Russell L. Dick, George T. Dick, Ralph C. Dick and William H. Dick.

The family will receive friends Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport. The funeral home will be open Friday after 9 a.m. for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, with the Rev. A. Paul Harne, the Rev. Sean Bushman and Pastor Don Goude officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
