Mr. Jesse Lee Kegley, Sr., of Martinsburg, W.Va., went Home on Oct. 20, 2012. He was the husband of Ginger Kegley of Martinsburg, his wife of 28 years.

Born March 17, 1949 in Frederick, Md., he was the son of the late John C., Sr. and Carrie Lee Kegley.

He worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator and foreman for Wastler Construction Co. He was an avid motorcyclist and loved riding with his sons.

In addition to his loving wife, Ginger, Jesse is survived by four sons, Jesse L. Kegley Jr. and wife, Rosie, Wayne Kegley, Paul Kegley and wife, Amy, and Ricky Kegley and wife Dawn; two sisters, Ann Baldwin and Carolyn Nash; two brothers, Larry E. Kegley and John C. Kegley Jr.; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Smith; eight grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Richardson.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15 North in Frederick, where a funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. James Flora will officiate.
