Last week: The Wildcats lost to Brunswick, 40-0. ... The Rebels beat Catoctin, 40-6.

The Wildcats have lost eight in a row dating back to their playoff loss to Middletown at the end of the 2011 season. It’s their longest losing streak since 2006. Clear Spring scored on its first four possessions and led 26-0 at the end of the first quarter. ... Ryan Aaron threw for 186 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed for 88 yards and a score.
