Clear Spring 6, Smithsburg 1
CLEAR SPRING — Corey McClure scored two goals as Clear Spring (9-2-1, 3-1-1) rolled past Smithsburg in an MVAL Antietam game.

Nick Brandt, C.J. Elwood, Logan Speak and Kevin Carbajal all scored for Clear Spring and Bradly Mills and Jonathan Henesy each recorded two assists and Matt Lowenhaupt had one.

Smithsburg dropped to 1-8 and 0-4 in the MVAL.

Brunswick 2, Williamsport 0
BRUNSWICK, Md. — Drew Demich scored two goals for Brunswick in an MVAL Antietam victory over Williamsport.
Corey Ellis had 15 saves for the Wildcats (6-3, 3-2).

JV: Williamsport, 3-2.

Catoctin 1, Boonsboro 0
THURMONT, Md. — Greg Fiola recorded seven saves for Boonsboro in an MVAL Antietam loss to Catoctin. The Warriors are 4-6 overall and 2-3 in the MVAL Antietam.

McConnellsburg 4, Southern Fulton 2
WARFORDSBURG, Pa. — Jesse Swope scored three goals and Tristen Deneen had a goal and two assists for McConnellsburg (8-3-2).  Jake Boheme also had an assist.

Mason Bard and Taylor Boher each scored for Southern Fulton.

Williamsport 3, Brunswick 0
WILLIAMSPORT — Regan Stout had a goal and an assist and Kate Wade and Lizzie Willis each scored a goal as Williamsport blanked Brunswick in an MVAL Antietam match.
Erin Palmer and Victoria Key each had an assist and Julia Price had four saves in the shutout for the Wildcats (8-1-1, 5-0).

Everett 4, Hancock 0
HANCOCK — Kaitlin Rowe had 12 saves for Hancock (0-8-1) in a loss to Everett.

North 3, Boonsboro 0
Peyton Wallech had 22 kills to lead North Hagerstown to a 25-23, 25-17, 25-17 MVAL Antietam sweep of Boonsboro.

Zoe Schreiber had nine kills and Sarah Bentley had 33 assists for the Hubs (8-1, 4-0).

Meredith Craig had five kills and three blocks, Taylor Williams had four kills and five blocks, Sarah Anderson had four kills, Natalie Reeder had nine digs, Skyler Casto had six digs, Shelby Wallace had nine assists and seven digs and Shelby Griffith had six assists and four digs for the Warriors (5-4, 3-2).

BRUNSWICK, Md. — Stacey Christy had 17 kills and three blocks for Williamsport in a 25-12, 25-10, 25-6 MVAL Antietam sweep of Brunswick.

Meghan Murray had 16 service points, 12 assists and two aces, Lindsey Mowbray had seven kills and two blocks and Courtney Malott had 10 digs for the Wildcats (10-1).

Greencastle 3, Northern York 0
DILLSBURG, Pa. — Nakita Gearhart had seven kills, 16 digs and two blocks to lead Greencastle-Antrim to a 25-23, 26-24, 25-20 sweep of Northern York.

Morgynn McKenzie had seven kills and 14 digs, Gabbie Hissong had four kills and six digs, Chloe Hoover had six kills, seven digs and three blocks, Bailey Hopkins had nine digs, Courtney Stump had six digs, Claudia Hissong had 17 assists and Erin Koons had seven digs for the Blue Devils.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Laurie Hercules had seven kills and three blocks and also scored the last five service points of the match, including three aces, to lead Faith Christian Academy past Highland View Christian Academy 25-12, 25-27, 25-15, 25-18.

Kristen Vanveldhuisen had 24 digs and three kills for the Falcons (3-11).

Shepherd ends in third
WHEELING, W.Va. — Shepherd University finished third in the WVIAC Northern Regional on Monday with a two-day total of 655.

Junior Zach Weber, from Williamsport, led Shepherd with a 152 for a ninth-place tie. Weber had rounds of 73 and 79.
