Clear Spring Road reopens shortly before 5 p.m., says SHA spokeswoman

WILLIAMSPORT, Md. — Clear Spring Road (Md. 68) near Williamsport reopened shortly before 5 p.m. Friday, a Maryland State Highway Administration official said Friday night.

The road had been closed between Bottom Road and Potomac Street (U.S. 11) since a water main break Thursday afternoon.

The road was excavated between 15818 and 15820 Clear Spring Road and the repairs were completed Friday afternoon, SHA spokeswoman Heather Keels said Friday night.
