Philip Syng Physioc III, 31, of Boonsboro, Md., passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, suddenly from heart failure at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.

He was born Dec. 1, 1980, in Hagerstown, Md., to Karen J. Lescalleet of Hagerstown and Philip S. Physioc II of Las Vegas.

He was a 1999 graduate of Boonsboro High School.

He provided security at Cancun Cantina and various other establishments in the Tri-State area.

He played baseball for many years and was a home run-hitting machine. He competed in the PONY League World Series.

He was a very caring, loving and helpful person, and will be sadly missed by many.

In addition to his parents, survivors include maternal grandparents, John and Donna Lowery of Boonsboro; paternal grandparents, Philip and JoAnne Physioc of Hagerstown; sister, Savannah Lescalleet of Hagerstown; brother, Brandon Physioc of Martinsburg; special friends, Derek Morgan and Justin Hamilton; many other friends; and nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, Md., on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Keedysville, Md.
