1. Spreading a little hope in Hagerstown

Convoy of Hope begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at Hagerstown Fairgrounds, 351 N. Cleveland Ave., Hagerstown. Sponsored by Hope for Hagerstown, the event will give out 30,000 pounds of groceries, plus offer a job and health fair, family photos, entertainment, hot lunches, access to community resources, kids fair with inflatables, entertainment, food and prizes. 2. Having fun with wheels and wings

Hagerstown Aviation Museum and Hagerstown Regional Airport will have an open house, Wings & Wheels, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at Hagerstown Regional Airport, 18434 Showalter Road, Hagerstown. 3. It's a big bash

Mike Kline Memorial Car Show and Bike Bash will be Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m.; registration from 9 to 10 a.m. Cancun Cantina West, 901 Dual Highway, Hagerstown. Features antiques, tuners, imports, race cars, classics and motorcycles. $20 to enter, includes T-shirt; $2 for spectators. Call 301-797-4422.


4. Something to Gad Abouts

5. Celebrating writers of color
