Yoga for runners set for Sept. 8

Yoga instructor Siri McDonald provides runners with a yoga practice that enhances their current skills with increased flexibility, better breath control, and a focus on core strength. Classes will be from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Saturdays, Sept. 8 to Oct. 6, at Jala Yoga, Mellow Moods Cafe and Juice Bar, 117 W. German St., Shepherdstown. Cost is $40, all classes; or $12 per class.
