The production is a fundraiser for the One Mountain Foundation and completes the fifth-year sponsorship of a fall dinner theater on the mountaintop.

The Blue Ridge Fire and Rescue Squad donates the use of its building, and Humphrey and her committee turn the fire hall into a theater for the weekend.

Proceeds go to support the One Mountain Foundation scholarship program and the Blue Ridge Theatre Guild.
