Wee Naturalists Program set for Thursday, Aug. 23

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. — The Potomac Valley Audubon Society announces the return of its Wee Naturalists program.

The program is designed to provide regular opportunities for children ages 3 to -5 to explore nature together safely under the guidance of an experienced PVAS instructor.

All sessions are from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Society's Yankauer Nature Preserve, on Whiting's Neck in northeastern Berkeley County, W.Va.

Dates for this fall's sessions are Thursday, Aug. 23; Monday, Sept. 17, and Tuesday, Sept. 18; Monday, Oct. 15, and Tuesday, Oct. 16; Monday, Nov. 12, and Tuesday, Nov. 13; and Monday, Dec. 3, and Tuesday, Dec. 4.

To register, go to at www.potomacaudubon.org. Families may register for one or all the months. The fee is $5 per child/adult team per session.
