August 07, 2012

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A 73-year-old woman was trapped in her 2011 Chevrolet sedan in a two-vehicle accident at 10:45 a.m. Monday, Waynesboro police said in a news release.

Emergency crews pulled Roberta Hill, of Cindy Lane in Hagerstown, from the vehicle, police said.

An ambulance transported her to Meritus Medical Center, which does release patient conditions.

Hill’s vehicle crossed the center line in the 500 block of West Main Street and collided with a 2004 GMC work truck driven by Tyler Elkins, 24, of Chambersburg, Pa., police said.

Hill was taken to Waynesboro Hospital, where he was treated and released, police said.
