Country musician David Nail, best known for his song, "Let it Rain," will perform at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8,  at Berkeley County Youth Fair Grounds, off Golf Course Road, Martinsburg, W.Va. For admission prices, go to www.berkeleycountyyouthfair.org.



2. Off to the market

Taste of the Market will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at City Farmers Market, 25 W. Church St., Hagerstown. Call 301-739-8577, ext. 190. 4. Civil War chat

Civil War historian Timothy R. Snyder will present his book, "Trembling in the Balance: The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal During the Civil War" at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Discovery Station, 101 W. 5. Off to see the wizard ...
