Last of summer movie express set for Aug. 15

The Regal Cinemas Summer Movie Express will feature its last of the summer $1 showings on Wednesday, Aug. 15.

Following is a list of dates and movies planned: Aug. 7 and 8, “Chimpanzee,” rated G, and “Hood Winked Too,” rated PG; Aug. 14 and 15, “Arthur Xmas,” rated G, and “Smurfs,” rated PG.

BoneAnza to benefit Humane Society

The Williamsport Red Men Tribe 84 club will be hosting a BoneAnza event on Saturday, Aug. 11, from 5 p.m. to midnight.

Back-to-School Kids Fair to be held at Valley Mall

The Back-to-School Kids Fair will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. at Valley Mall. (This is also the last day of Maryland Tax Free Week for school shopping).
