1. Crabs, karaoke and charity

Krab and Karaoke will be from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at Hager Hall Conference and Event Center, 901 Dual Highway, Hagerstown. All-you-can-eat buffet. Tip jars, 50/50 raffles. Cost is $50. Washington County Master Gardeners will discuss "Planting Hardy Mums for Fall Color" from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 4, at Hagerstown City Farmers' Market, 25 W. Church St., downtown Hagerstown. 4. Robo fun

5. Crack of the bat

"Take Me Out to the Ballgame' event will be Saturday, Aug. 4, at Discovery Station, 101 W. Washington St., Hagerstown. Highlights include local and national baseball, past and current. Leo Burke, 1952 graduate of Hagerstown High School, and a pro ball player with the Chicago and in Baltimore, and two Hagerstown Suns will attend the ribbon cutting. 10 a.m., reception.  Free admission for ribbon cutting.
