Berkeley County Youth Fair kicks off Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Berkeley County Youth Fair Grounds, off Golf Course Road, Martinsburg, W.Va. Amusements and entertainment, including truck and tractor pull, 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, Monday, Aug. 6, and Tuesday, Aug. 7, at the track area; entertainment by David Nail, 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, amphitheater; bull riding, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, track area; demolition derby, figure eight derby and flat track enduro, 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, and Saturday, Aug. 11. 2. In memory of Tyler
Tyler Trot 5K walk and run will be Saturday, Aug. 4, at Antietam National Battlefield, 5831 Dunker Church Road, Sharpsburg. The run is in memory of Tyler Matthew, above, who died because of complications from Charge Syndrome. Registration begins at 8 am. 5K walk/run at 9 a.m. and the kids fun run at 10 a.m. Awards given in age categories. Cost is $30. Kids Fun Run is open to ages 10 and younger. 5. A walk to remember
Park Naturalist Renee Fincham and Master Naturalist Clark Dixon will lead an evening nature walk at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at Cacapon State Park's Nature Center, 818 Cacapon Lodge Drive, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
