The Blue Ridge Summit Free Library will celebrate 90 years of service with a book sale, music, magic and free ice cream 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. Saturday, July 21. The library is at 13676 Monterey Lane, Blue Ridge Summit, Pa. Sabillasville Road will be closed for the event. Call 717-794-2240.

2. Step back in time

3. War and the canal

4. Bluegrass

5. Sacred sounds
Carol Colacurcio will talk about and play a variety of singing bowls, shown.
