Norma Jean Garland, 65, of Needmore, Pa., died Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, Pa. Visitation will be today from 2 to 8 p.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg. The service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
