Here is the Morning MoJo Report for Thursday, July 19:

* As of 7 a.m., traffic was a little sluggish on I-495 in both directions, but was running smoothly on all the interstates throughout the area.

* Due to a water main break in Baltimore, expect delays on all public transportation outlets except for the Mobility Service, according to the Maryland Transit Administration website,

* On the MARC Train, Brunswick Line Train 892 was operating 10 to 12 minutes late, and the Light Rail was experiencing a 20-minute delay from Hunt Valley due to a disabled train, according to the MTA website.

* The weather today is expected to be mostly cloudy with a high near 90 degrees, showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 1 p.m., winds between 5 and 7 miles per hour, and a 60 percent chance of precipitation, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight it is expected to be cloudy with a low around 70 degrees, showers and thunderstorms likely before midnight, a 60 percent chance of precipitation, and winds around 5 mph.

* West Memorial Boulevard is closed between South Potomac Street and Maryland Avenue due to storm water there from heavy rains in late May, according to a traffic advisory from the City of Hagerstown's website. The road will remain closed until the water recedes.

* Ernstville Road in the Big Pool area remains closed for a drainage improvement project, according to a press release from the Washington County website.

* The Longmeadow Road-Marsh Pike intersection is still undergoing an improvement project. Workers are assisting traffic when needed at the intersection.

* Work to improve U.S. Alternate 40 and Poffenberger Road has begun, and U.S. Alternate 40 may be reduced to one lane at times. Workers are assisting traffic at the intersection when needed.
