2.  All aboard

Historian and Railroader John P. Hankey will present an illustrated lecture "Railroads and the American Civil War". Sponsored by Washington County Free Library. 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 15. Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, 401 Museum Drive, City Park, Hagerstown. Free.


3. See airplanes

Hagerstown Aviation Museum invites the public to step inside some aircraft from its collection, including Fairchild C-82 and C-119 Flying Boxcar. 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 15. 4.African beat
