WaynesboroFest to include '50s-'60s dance

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A ’50s & ’60s dance will be part of the final weekend of WaynesboroFest on Saturday, July 7, at American Legion Post 15, 63 E. Main St., Waynesboro. 

Doors will open at 6 p.m. with dancing from 7 to 11 p.m. There will be a cash bar and light snacks will be available for purchase.

Larry Leonard of LL DeeJay will provide the music.

Additional parking is available in the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home lot between Walnut Street & South Broad Street.

Tickets cost $7 in advance or $10 at the door. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Greater Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Mainstreet, Green Arbor Flower & Shrubbery and Olde Town Touch in the Waynesboro Mall.

The dance is held in conjunction with WaynesboroFest, a 10-day community celebration taking place this year from June 29 to July 8.
