Unity of Hagerstown, Civil Air Patrol Building, behind Nick’s Airport Inn, Hagerstown, the Rev. Ann Murphy will be guest speaker Sunday at a celebration service featuring musicial artists Brent and Patty Progecene. The service will be at City Park in the west pavilion.
