St. James Brethren Church, Pastor Brian Moore will speak at the 8 and 10:30 a.m. services Sunday on The Secret of Healthy Relationships. Sunday school at 9:15 a.m.

St. John’s Episcopal Church, the Rev. Ann Boyd will speak Sunday at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion services on All Our Brothers and Sisters. Carrie Miller, piano, and the parish choir will provide music at the second service. Adult forum at 9 a.m. Children’s classes resume in the fall. Weekly services of healing and communion are at 12:10 p.m. Thursdays in the chapel.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, informal communion service 8:30 a.m. Sunday in The Tree of Life Worship Center and traditional worship at 11 a.m. Sunday. Pastor Edward Heim’s topic for the 11 a.m. service will be Welcome to the Family. New Spirit Praise Band will provide music at the early service, and St. John’s men’s choir will present music at the later service. Mid-Week Joy will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Tree of Life Worship Center. Teaching time with Heim and music by The New Spirit Praise Band.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Funkstown, Pastor Mike Louia will preach and preside at the 9 a.m. communion service Sunday. The topic will be Having Faith in the Impossible Possibility. Christian education on the theme Living as a Christian in the 21st Century follows worship.

St. Paul’s Reformed Church, east of Clear Spring, Pastor John Toms will deliver the message at 11 a.m. Sunday on Out of his Mind. Sunday school at 9:45 a.m.

St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Keedysville, Pastor Eric Moser will speak on Second Sunday after Pentecost at the 10:45 a.m. service Sunday. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.

St. Peter’s (Beard’s) Lutheran Church, the Rev. Thomas L. Perry will speak at the 9:15 a.m. service Sunday. The topic will be What Arrogance.

Salem Reformed Church, Pastor Stephen Wagoner will speak at the 9:30 a.m. service Sunday on Meet Daniel. Jane Groves will be the liturgist, and Wagoner will give the children’s message. Church school is at 10:40 a.m.
Sharpsburg Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Ralph Jamison will speak at the 10 a.m. service Sunday on When Jesus Comes. Carmen Canfield will be worship leader. Sunday school is at 10:30 a.m. for children and 11:15 a.m. for adults.

Shiloh United Methodist Church, Hagerstown, Pastor Ken Fizer will deliver the message What Makes a Family at the 9:15 a.m. service Sunday. Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, the Rev. David G. Oravec will preach and preside this Sunday at the 9 a.m. communion worship in fellowship hall and the 11 a.m. traditional worship with communion in the nave. Tri-State Fellowship, 9:30 a.m. service in the auditorium. The sermon series, Running Wild: God’s Everyday Mission for Ordinary Radicals, will continue. Lead Pastor Randy Buchman will speak on A Century of Loss. Children’s programs for infants through sixth grade. Middle and high school students meet at 11 a.m. Adults meet at 11 a.m. for a program called iGrow. High school youth group from 6 to 8 p.m.
