George Davis "Dave" Harper, 63, of Hedgesville, W.Va., died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the home of his sister. The family will receive friends Monday from noon to 1 p.m. at Tomahawk Christian Church. The service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Tomahawk Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va.
