Betty Jane Timmons Allen, 75, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at her home. A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, with Pastor Ron Larson officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
