Waynesboro man arrested on multiple charges after Sunday incident

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A Waynesboro man faces several criminal charges after an incident that apparently started at Break-Away Sports Lounge and ended when he ran his vehicle off the road early Sunday.

Andrew Costlow, of 425 Seventh St., was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, aggravated assault, fleeing and eluding police, and driving under the influence, Waynesboro police said in a news release.

Costlow was “picking fights at the bar” on South Potomac Street, police said.

He left in a vehicle, re-entered the parking lot and crashed, and left again, police said.

Costlow’s vehicle skidded off the road in the 10000 block of Tomstown Road, police said.
