"The Hunchback of Notre Dame"

The Old Opera House 2012 Summer Youth production will host auditions for the musical version of Victor Hugo's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 7, and June 8, at the theater, 204 N. George St., Charles Town, W.Va. Roles are available for approximately 25 young performers age 8 and older.  No prior experience is necessary to audition. "The Trojan Women'

Shepherd University's Rude Mechanicals Medieval and Renaissance Players will hold auditions for Euripides' "The Trojan Women" from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, and Thursday, June 7, in Reynolds Hall. "Robin Hood: Occupy Sherwood'

Auditions for The Maryland Ensemble Theatre's summer outreach project "Robin Hood: Occupy Sherwood" will be 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, and Thursday, June 7, at Frederick Community College, 7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md.  All types are encouraged to audition and special skills are welcome. Come prepared with a monologue no longer than two minutes. The character of Alan O'Dale will need to sing and play a stringed instrument. Those auditioning might be asked to do a cold reading from the script or perform any special skills you may have such as juggling, tumbling, playing musical instrument.
