Hagerstown Community College is now offering new evening course packages, designed to allow students to take multiple classes each semester by attending class one or two nights a week.
“We have expanded our options for students who take courses in the evening. The new and improved schedule will allow students to complete their degrees and certificates more quickly,” said Jennifer Haughie, director of admissions, records and registration. “We hope this change will provide greater access and convenience for our current and future students.”
Students who want to attend class one evening per week can earn up to six credits by taking a class from 5 to 7:45 p.m., and a second class from 8 to 10:45 p.m. Students who want to attend class two evenings a week can earn nine to 12 credits per semester, by choosing from a variety of time frames, within the 5 to 10:45 p.m. window.
