The Washington County Retired Educational Personnel Association recentlly awarded $1,000 Nellie and Lake Lytton Scholarships to six local students.
Scholarship recipients were Christina Dunlop, Mount St. Mary’s University; Kayla Grout, Towson University; Sally Johnston, Hood College; Heather Butts, Salisbury University; Samantha Metz, Frostburg State University; and Ralph Weaver, Shepherd University.
