How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? Allen played baseball at Potomac State University, where the team won a national championship, and played professionally with the Milwaukee Brewers. As he progressed through the different levels, he noticed how much physical and mental preparation he was lacking. To play at the next level, athletes need to train in the off-season and during the season with speed, agility and strength training. As athletes progress through the levels, raw ability will not be good enough; they must train to be the best they can. After taking some time off, Allen partnered with Custer, who brings energy, dedication and loyalty to the business and the clients he trains.
