Clyde Lewis Miller, 64, of 16206 Lappans Road, Williamsport, Md., passed away, Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the Autumn Assisted Living Center.

Born Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1948, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Luther Thomas Miller and Lillian (Koresmaros) Miller.

He was a 1965 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and attended college in California. Clyde was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1966 to 1980. He served in the Vietnam War.

He was employed as a sales representative for Redland Brick, retiring in 2005 after 25 years of service. He was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, and the Homebuilders Association of Washington County, where he had served as past president.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Nancy Miller of Williamsport; daughter, Kim Bryant of California; stepdaughter, Maggie McDaid of Williamsport; stepson, Josh McDaid of Baltimore; brothers, Marty Miller of Hagerstown, George Miller of Hedgesville, W.Va., and John Miller of Crawfordville, Fla.; and three grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 23, at 3 p.m. at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church Fellowship Center, 18313 Lappans Road, Boonsboro, Md., with the Rev. Anne O. Weatherholt officiating.

Family will receive friends at St. Mark's Episcopal Church Fellowship Center on Tuesday, May 22, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 18313 Lappans Road, Boonsboro, MD 21713.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown.
