Here is the Morning MoJo Report for Friday, May 18:

• As of 7 a.m., traffic is a little sluggish on I-270 southbound and slow on I-495 westbound, but it is running fine on all the other interstates throughout the area.

• Brunswick Line Train 890 (5:12 a.m. Frederick Departure) has been canceled this morning on the MARC Train, according to the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) website, mta.maryland.gov. The next train will be 892 leaving Frederick at 6:05 a.m. Due to the cancellation, Train 872 ( 5:38 am Brunswick departure) will make additional stops at Dickerson Boyds and Kensington stations.

• MARC Train delays of 30 to 60 minutes are expected on Penn Line Trains from Edgewood to Aberdeen due to a system wide signal failure, according to the MTA website. Train 505 has departed Baltimore 21 minutes late, and Train 404 (6:35 a.m. Washington Departure) is expected to operate 20 to 25 minutes late.

• Although there are major delays on the MARC Train, the Light rail, the Commuter Buses, local bus services, the Metro Subway system, and the Mobility service, are all running on time and operating on their regular schedules, according to the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) website, mta.maryland.gov.

• The weather today is expected to be sunny with a high near 74 degrees and wind around 7 miles per hour (mph), according to the National Weather Service's website, http://weather.gov. Tonight it is expected to be mostly clear with a low around 44 degrees and wind around 5 mph.

• The Longmeadow Road and Marsh Pike intersection is still undergoing an improvement project. Workers are assisting traffic when needed at the intersection.

• Only one lane of Md. 550 in Thurmont, Md., is open between Eylers Valley Flint Road and Kelbaugh Road due to a mudslide that occurred last April. However, it could reopen by early July.
