Martha LaRue DeLosier, 84, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Hagerstown, Md., passed away May 10, 2012.
Martha was born Nov. 20, 1927, in Hagerstown, to Roy and Hazel Bowman.
She was united in marriage to Bernard DeLosier on Aug. 8, 1952, in Hagerstown, and to this union four children were born.
Martha was employed by Central Telephone Co. in Las Vegas, Nev., as a customer service supervisor. Martha was a member of Shadow Hills Baptist Church, Las Vegas, where she volunteered with Helping Hands. She enjoyed collecting stamps and coins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, three sisters and her husband.
She is survived by her children, Susan Guthmiller of Jacksonville, Cathy Berry of Apopka, Fla., and Cyndi Bacon and Kenneth DeLosier, both of Las Vegas; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 18, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, Las Vegas. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at Shadow Hills Baptist Church, 7811 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128, with burial following at Memory Gardens Memorial Park, 7251 West Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas.
