City police are investigating a burglary Saturday morning at Roxy Liquors in Hagerstown.

Officers responded to 761 E. Wilson Blvd. after an alarm sounded shortly before 6:30 a.m., where they discovered that the store had been burglarized, the Hagerstown Police Department said in a news release.

Police reviewed surveillance video of a man they would like to question, the release said.

The man was described as black, of average height and build, wearing long dark shorts, a dark jacket and white shirt, and carrying a dark back pack, police said.

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man. Anyone with information can contact police at 301-790-3700, ext. 234.
