WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Waynesboro Area Senior High School Art Club students and their advisor, Karla Rupp, were invited to Waynesboro Hospital to paint summer-themed artwork on the windows of the hospital’s Outpatient Physical Medicine department.
According to Cynthia Paino-White, office manager for the Outpatient Physical Medicine department at Waynesboro Hospital, the students have been invited to paint on the department windows for the past two years.
“Our patients have really enjoyed the window art,” Paino-White said. “We are happy to be able to work with such a talented group of artists in our community.”
Participating students included 11th-graders Morgen Zimmerer, Whitney Freeman, Andrew Denisenko, Caity Slaybaugh and Kimi Crum; 10th-grader Lizah Poole and ninth-grader Alyssa Hamilton.
