Occupants of vehicle refuse treatment after accident on Barkdoll Road

RINGGOLD, Md — The occupants of a vehicle refused medical treatment Saturday night after the vehicle struck a parked car on Barkdoll Road, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The accident occurred at 7:42 p.m., a deputy said. Investigating deputies still were on the scene as of about 9 p.m., he said.
