Robert Carl Pratt, 69, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. Visitation will be Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, W.Va.
