Chambersburg pharmacy robbed Tuesday morning

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The Chambersburg Police Department is looking for a white male who robbed the North Point Pharmacy in Chambersburg on Tuesday.

Police said the man entered the pharmacy at 370 Philadelphia Ave. at around 9:08 a.m. The suspect presented a pistol and subsequently took numerous  prescription drugs from the business, police said in a statement.

According to North Point Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist Lax Modha, no one was injured in the robbery.

Police said the suspect fled the scene on foot, police said.
